Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread one quarter of the chicken mixture evenly over it.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill the wrapped pinwheels in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and serve cold or at room temperature.
