Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Mash the strawberries in a separate bowl and mix with sugar if desired.
  3. Fold the heavy cream into the cottage cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Layer the strawberry mixture into the cottage cheese mixture in a freezer-safe container, swirling gently. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
