Description
A delightful dish that showcases the natural sweetness of corn with a tantalizing twist from Tajín seasoning, perfect for summer barbecues.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Tajín seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create rib-like pieces.
- Combine the softened butter and Tajín seasoning in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Brush the Tajín butter mixture generously onto the corn ribs, then place the corn ribs directly on the grill.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
- Remove from the grill. Sprinkle with additional Tajín and salt to taste. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
Choose fresh, plump ears of corn for the best flavor. Soaking the corn in water before grilling can enhance tenderness.
