Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sweet corn kernels in bacon fat over medium heat until charred, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix charred corn with whipped cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Monterey jack, jalapeño, garlic, and bacon until creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a cast iron skillet and bake for 15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
