Description

A refreshing Cold Pea Salad with sweet peas, creamy dressing, crunchy onions, and fresh herbs, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing. Whisk these ingredients together until they are smooth and well blended.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the frozen peas, diced red onion, and chopped parsley. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and stir until everything is well coated. Make sure all the peas are nicely enveloped in the creamy dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, giving it one last mix. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together beautifully.
