Ingredients

- 1 Italian sub roll
- 3 slices Salami
- 3 slices Capicola
- 3 slices Ham
- 2 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Banana peppers
- 1 tablespoon Oil and vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the Italian sub roll in half.
- Layer the salami, capicola, and ham on the bottom half of the roll.
- Add slices of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and banana peppers.
- Drizzle oil and vinegar over the top layer of vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwich and press down gently to hold all ingredients together.
- Slice into portions and serve immediately for the best taste!
