A no-bake dessert that layers rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter with a crunchy graham cracker crust.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 oz) container whipped topping
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (6 oz) package chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to create a crust.
- Mix together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese in another bowl until smooth, then fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker crust. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and chocolate pudding mix until thickened, then spread this layer over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
