Description

A no-bake dessert that layers rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter with a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz) container whipped topping
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (6 oz) package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to create a crust.
  2. Mix together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese in another bowl until smooth, then fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker crust. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and chocolate pudding mix until thickened, then spread this layer over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
