A guilt-free and delicious chocolate ice cream made with protein powder and crushed Oreo cookies.
Ingredients

- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sweetener (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the low-fat milk, chocolate protein powder, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies using a spatula or spoon until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, chill your milk before blending. You can also use a sugar substitute to make it sugar-free.
