Description

A guilt-free and delicious chocolate ice cream made with protein powder and crushed Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the low-fat milk, chocolate protein powder, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies using a spatula or spoon until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, chill your milk before blending. You can also use a sugar substitute to make it sugar-free.
