- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk (or a milk alternative)
- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 cups ice
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Chocolate shavings or chips (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preparation: Peel and break the ripe bananas into chunks. Place them in a blender with the milk and chocolate syrup.
- Mixing: Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Adding Ice: Add the ice and blend again until slushy, for another 30 seconds, until thick and creamy.
- Finishing: Pour into glasses and optionally top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in a sealed container in the freezer. Blend again before serving if frozen.
