Description

A comforting and hearty chicken pasta bake that combines tender pasta, juicy chicken, and creamy cheeses, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and add breadcrumbs if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for an elevated meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
