- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and add breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
