Instructions
- Start by pitting the cherries. If you’re using fresh cherries, make sure to remove the pits thoroughly.
- In a blender, combine the pitted cherries, fresh lime juice, sugar, and water. Blend these ingredients together until smooth.
- Add the ice to the blender with the cherry mixture. Blend again until the ice is completely crushed.
- Once you achieve your desired slushy texture, pour the Cherry Lime Slush into cups and serve immediately.
Notes
For a less sweet version, reduce the sugar or use a sugar substitute. Garnish with lime or cherries for a festive touch.
