Instructions

  1. Start by pitting the cherries. If you’re using fresh cherries, make sure to remove the pits thoroughly.
  2. In a blender, combine the pitted cherries, fresh lime juice, sugar, and water. Blend these ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Add the ice to the blender with the cherry mixture. Blend again until the ice is completely crushed.
  4. Once you achieve your desired slushy texture, pour the Cherry Lime Slush into cups and serve immediately.

Notes

For a less sweet version, reduce the sugar or use a sugar substitute. Garnish with lime or cherries for a festive touch.
