Description

A fun and delicious twist on traditional cheeseburgers, combining ground beef and melted cheddar cheese with chewy pretzel dough. Perfect for parties or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat, then add onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese at the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough corners over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard. Ensure leftover bombs are cooled before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
