- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat, then add onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese at the center of each square.
- Fold the dough corners over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
