- 1 cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2–3 medium tart apples, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the cookie dough evenly onto a pizza pan, creating a crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the cookie crust for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Mix the sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce generously over the apples.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual slices in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
