Description

A delightful salad that combines creamy burrata, juicy peaches, and savory prosciutto, topped with fresh basil and balsamic reduction.


Ingredients

  • 2 burrata cheese balls
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup balsamic reduction
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, arrange the mixed greens as a base.
  2. Place the sliced peaches and prosciutto on top of the greens.
