Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until golden brown and nutty.
  3. Combine browned butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
