- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
