Deliciously sweet blueberry crumble bars with a buttery oat crumble topping, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, reserving 1 cup for topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Mix the blueberries with lemon juice in another bowl and spread over the crust.
- Top with the reserved crumb mixture and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
These bars can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for up to a week. They freeze well for up to 3 months.
