  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and fluffy; add the vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in the blueberries gently, then drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden; cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
