Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup a breeze.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  4. Scatter blueberries, granola, and nuts over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for about 3-4 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let sit out for a few minutes before serving.
