Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup a breeze.
- Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Scatter blueberries, granola, and nuts over the yogurt.
- Freeze for about 3-4 hours or until completely firm.
- Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let sit out for a few minutes before serving.
