Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add a little cooking oil to the griddle.
- Place the beef balls on the griddle and smash them down.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side until deeply browned.
- Flip them over and add cheese slices if desired.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve.
Notes
For best results, use higher fat content beef and ensure the griddle is sufficiently hot.
