Description

Juicy, mouth-watering burgers with a perfect crispy crust, made on a Blackstone griddle.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add a little cooking oil to the griddle.
  3. Place the beef balls on the griddle and smash them down.
  4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side until deeply browned.
  5. Flip them over and add cheese slices if desired.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve.

Notes

For best results, use higher fat content beef and ensure the griddle is sufficiently hot.
