Description

A mouthwatering sandwich filled with savory ribeye steak, melted provolone cheese, and sautéed vegetables served on a soft hoagie roll, made effortlessly on a Blackstone griddle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices provolone or cheese of choice
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it gets nice and hot.
  2. Add olive oil to the grill and toss in the sliced onions and green bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until softened.
  3. Push the onions and peppers aside. Add the ribeye steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Mix the steak with the onions and peppers. Place provolone cheese on top and cover for 1-2 minutes until melted. Divide onto hoagie rolls and serve hot!

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the steak beforehand or adding mushrooms with the veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
