- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (cinnamon and sugar mixed)
- Cream cheese frosting (for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle and swirl in a tablespoon of cinnamon sugar.
- Cook until small bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter, greasing the griddle as needed, and serve warm with a drizzle of cream cheese frosting.
Notes
For extra fluffy pancakes, allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes before cooking. Customize with chocolate chips or walnuts if desired.
