Description

Fluffy pancakes combined with the rich flavors of cinnamon rolls, topped with sweet cream cheese frosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (cinnamon and sugar mixed)
  • Cream cheese frosting (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring just until combined.
  4. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle and swirl in a tablespoon of cinnamon sugar.
  6. Cook until small bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing the griddle as needed, and serve warm with a drizzle of cream cheese frosting.

Notes

For extra fluffy pancakes, allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes before cooking. Customize with chocolate chips or walnuts if desired.
