- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Combine the chicken breasts, sliced bell peppers, onions, fajita seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the griddle. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through and reaches 165°F. Let it rest.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the griddle. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred. Slice the rested chicken and combine it with the vegetables. Serve wrapped in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, allow the chicken to marinate in the seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Customize with your favorite vegetables.
