Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Make sure to break apart any large clumps as it cooks.
  2. Next, add the diced onions to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the onions have softened and are translucent.
  3. Stir in the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, diced pickles, and season with salt and pepper. Mix and let it simmer.
  4. Once the mixture is heated through, serve it on hamburger buns. Top with shredded lettuce and cheese.
