- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Make sure to break apart any large clumps as it cooks.
- Next, add the diced onions to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the onions have softened and are translucent.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, diced pickles, and season with salt and pepper. Mix and let it simmer.
- Once the mixture is heated through, serve it on hamburger buns. Top with shredded lettuce and cheese.
