- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract (if using) in a bowl. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scatter the mixed berries and optional chopped nuts on top, pressing them in slightly.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 120 to 240 minutes, or until firm.
- Remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet and break it into pieces. Enjoy!
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
