Description

A delightful and healthy dessert combining creamy yogurt, honey, and fresh berries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract (if using) in a bowl. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries and optional chopped nuts on top, pressing them in slightly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 120 to 240 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet and break it into pieces. Enjoy!

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
