- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
- Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
- Place a small amount of the beef-cheese mixture on each tortilla and roll tightly to form a taquito.
- Fry the taquitos in a large pan with vegetable oil until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
