- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, then stir to combine and cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
