Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, then stir to combine and cook for another minute.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the beef stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
