- 200g noodles
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
- Next, add the sliced beef to the pot. Stir and cook until the beef is nicely browned on all sides, enhancing its flavor and tenderness.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a boil, building depth of flavor.
- Now, add the mixed vegetables and noodles to the pot. Cook until the noodles are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
For longer storage, freeze soup for 2-3 months. If reheating, add extra broth or water as needed.
