Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package mandu wrappers
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped kimchi, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Take one mandu wrapper and place a small spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold it over to create a dumpling shape, pressing the edges tightly to seal.

- In a separate bowl, mix gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds to create the glaze. Once the mandu are cooked, toss them in the gochujang glaze to coat them evenly. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
Serve these savory mandu on a platter with extra gochujang glaze on the side for dipping. Garnish with additional sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
