- 4 bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bulgogi sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers, remove seeds.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet, then add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in bulgogi sauce, rice, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture. Bake covered with foil for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds. Pairs well with steamed vegetables or salad.
