Description

Delightful stuffed bell peppers filled with savory ground beef marinated in bulgogi sauce, mixed with fluffy rice.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bulgogi sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers, remove seeds.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet, then add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in bulgogi sauce, rice, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture. Bake covered with foil for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds. Pairs well with steamed vegetables or salad.
