Instructions
- Preheat your oven if desired (optional).
- Prepare the brisket if not pre-cooked, ensuring it’s tender and flavorful.
- Take the Hawaiian rolls and split them horizontally. On the bottom half of each roll, layer the shredded brisket generously.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the brisket, ensuring each slider gets a good amount of flavor.
- Add a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on top of each brisket layer, allowing it to melt perfectly.
- In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrot, mayo, vinegar, and sugar to create a crunchy slaw.
