Description

Delicious mini sandwiches made with leftover smoked brisket, BBQ sauce, and crunchy slaw on sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • Leftover smoked brisket
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • BBQ sauce
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Carrot (shredded)
  • Mayo
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven if desired (optional).
  2. Prepare the brisket if not pre-cooked, ensuring it’s tender and flavorful.
  3. Take the Hawaiian rolls and split them horizontally. On the bottom half of each roll, layer the shredded brisket generously.
  4. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the brisket, ensuring each slider gets a good amount of flavor.
  5. Add a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on top of each brisket layer, allowing it to melt perfectly.
  6. In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrot, mayo, vinegar, and sugar to create a crunchy slaw.
  7. Top the brisket and cheese with the slaw mixture, adding freshness and texture to your sliders.
  8. Place the top half of the rolls back on. If desired, toast the sliders in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
