A quick and satisfying dish bringing together tender beef and vibrant broccoli in a savory stir-fry sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Flank steak
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 cups Rice, cooked
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak paper-thin against the grain and marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat a wok until it’s screaming hot.
- Add the marinated flank steak to the hot wok and sear until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry until crisp-tender, around 2 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli in the wok.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes or sriracha to the sauce.
