- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Optional: cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Spread the sliced bananas evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the bananas in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving.
