Description

A creamy, protein-packed ice cream that brings the flavors of banana bread into a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup of protein powder (vanilla or banana flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings (nuts, chocolate chips, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine ripe bananas, milk, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  4. Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami until it reaches a creamy consistency. Serve immediately or refreeze for a firmer texture and add optional toppings if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Let sit at room temperature for easier scooping when ready to serve.
