Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pistachios, or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, flour, powdered sugar, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Spread half of the dough into the greased pan. Mix the chopped nuts with ground cinnamon and spread over the dough. Crumble the remaining dough over the nut layer.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
