- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Clean the zucchini and slice them thinly, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Combine the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and any optional seasonings in a mixing bowl.
- Toss the zucchini slices in the bowl until they are well-coated.
- Lay the slices out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Remove once the chips are golden brown and crispy, then let them cool on the baking sheet.
