Ingredients

  • 12 mussels, cleaned and opened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the cleaned mussels on a baking sheet and spoon the mayonnaise mixture on top of each mussel.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
