- 12 mussels, cleaned and opened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the cleaned mussels on a baking sheet and spoon the mayonnaise mixture on top of each mussel.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
