  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions

  2. Mix the semolina, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Combine the mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
