Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking tray.
- Mix the semolina, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl until combined.
- Combine the mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased tray, spread it evenly, and sprinkle with chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing into squares and serving.
