Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Greasing your baking dish will ensure easy serving later.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts over the top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the oats are set and the top turns golden brown.
- Once baked, let the dish cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm to get the full flavor of the baked apples.
