- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and place the salmon fillets on it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the apricot jam, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
