Ingredients
Scale
- 4 full-sheet graham crackers (broken in half to make 8 squares)
- 4 large marshmallows (standard or jumbo)
- 1 large milk chocolate bar (divided into 4 sections)
- Optional: A pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of caramel
Instructions
- Start by breaking your graham cracker sheets in half to create squares. Place four of the squares into the air fryer basket. Position one large marshmallow in the center of each cracker square. If you are worried about the marshmallows moving during the cooking process, press them down firmly into the cracker to help them stick.
- Slide the basket into the air fryer and set the temperature to 390°F (200°C). Air fry the crackers and marshmallows for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep a close eye on them through the window or check at the 2-minute mark. You want the marshmallows to turn a beautiful golden brown and start to puff up. Once they reach your desired level of toastiness, carefully remove the basket.
- Immediately place a piece of chocolate onto the hot, toasted marshmallow. The residual heat from the marshmallow will begin to melt the chocolate perfectly. Top each one with the remaining graham cracker squares. Press down gently to create that iconic gooey sandwich. Serve while warm and enjoy the melted goodness.
