Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (approx. 12 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits (4 large biscuits)
- 4 pre-cooked sausage patties (frozen or refrigerated)
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray or melted butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Eggs and Biscuits. Lightly grease four small, air-fryer-safe ramekins or silicone egg molds with cooking spray. Crack one egg into each mold and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently poke the yolk with a fork if you prefer it fully cooked. Open the biscuit can and separate four biscuits, cutting each in half horizontally to create a top and bottom piece.
- Step 2: Air Fry the Biscuits and Sausage. Place the biscuit halves and the sausage patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Set the air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Flip the sausage patties halfway through to ensure even heating and browning on the biscuits.
- Step 3: Cook the Eggs. Carefully remove the biscuits and sausage once they are golden and hot. Place the prepared egg ramekins into the air fryer basket. Cook at 330°F (165°C) for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks reach your desired level of firmness.
- Step 4: Assemble and Melt. Place a cooked sausage patty on the bottom half of each biscuit, followed by a cooked egg. Top the egg with a slice of cheddar cheese and place the top half of the biscuit on top. Put the assembled sandwiches back into the air fryer for 1 minute at 350°F (175°C) just to melt the cheese and unify the sandwich.
