  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). While the air fryer heats, prepare your peaches by slicing them in half and removing the pits.
  2. Drizzle the halved peaches with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Place the peaches in the air fryer with the cut sides facing up. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender.
  4. Carefully remove the peaches from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Top each peach half with a scoop of burrata cheese, drizzle with honey, and garnish with basil leaves.
