Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the garlic butter and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the leftover salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until heated through and slightly crispy.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh minced garlic or herbs like dill or thyme to the garlic butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
