Ingredients

  • 2 honeynut squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the honeynut squash in half and scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the mixture generously over the cut sides of the squash.
  5. Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket with the cut side facing down.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
