Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the ripe bananas, then freeze them for at least 2 hours.
  2. Once frozen, place the banana slices in a food processor. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for later.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes if frozen hard.
