- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine water and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling.
- Add flour and salt to the boiling mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then fold in lemon juice and zest.
- Cut open cream puffs and fill them with lemon cream.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
