Description

This Woodfire Grilled Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter elevates a simple salmon fillet into a gourmet experience with smoky flavors and zesty herb-infused butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your woodfire grill to a medium-high temperature, ensuring it’s ready for the salmon to achieve that perfect char.
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and softened butter. Mix well.
  4. Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the salmon from the grill and generously spread the lemon herb butter over the top, allowing it to melt and soak into the warm fish.

Notes

Serve with seasonal vegetables or a fresh green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
