Description
This Woodfire Grilled Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter elevates a simple salmon fillet into a gourmet experience with smoky flavors and zesty herb-infused butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your woodfire grill to a medium-high temperature, ensuring it’s ready for the salmon to achieve that perfect char.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and softened butter. Mix well.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and generously spread the lemon herb butter over the top, allowing it to melt and soak into the warm fish.
Notes
