- Corn on the cob
- Chili powder
- Lime juice
- Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the wood fire grill to a high temperature.
- Husk the corn, removing the leaves and silk, then rinse under cold water.
- Mix the softened butter with chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Brush the chili lime butter generously over the corn.
- Place the corn on the preheated grill and grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the corn from the grill, brush again with chili lime butter, and sprinkle fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
