  • Chili powder
  • Lime juice
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the wood fire grill to a high temperature.
  2. Husk the corn, removing the leaves and silk, then rinse under cold water.
  3. Mix the softened butter with chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Brush the chili lime butter generously over the corn.
  5. Place the corn on the preheated grill and grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill, brush again with chili lime butter, and sprinkle fresh cilantro if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
