- 250g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
- 200g white chocolate, melted
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup dried cranberries or cherries, chopped
- 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, chopped dried fruits, and chopped nuts.
- In another bowl, mix the melted white chocolate, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Line a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly, pressing it down firmly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Once set, cut into slices and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
